Tell your agent who you're screening and what you need to know. It writes the question set, calls Question Relay, and hands you one single-use link per candidate. Paste it into the email you were already writing.

They answer one question per screen, on their phone if they like. Free text, choices, and uploads where you asked for files. Every answer and file comes back together, tied to the person who sent it.

Twelve candidates means twelve links. Your agent creates them in one go.

Compared with what you use now

  • A file request gets you the CV and none of the answers.
  • A form builder gets you the answers on a link anyone can forward, and a fight about attachments.
  • A candidate portal asks someone who wanted a job to make an account and then reset the password.

Question Relay is one link per person, with the questions and the file uploads in the same place, and it stops working after it's used. The one you sent on Monday can't be forwarded around a group chat on Friday. If someone lets a link expire, your agent reissues a fresh one with the same questions.
