The unit

What counts toward the limit

A questionnaire with at least one file-upload question in it. Sets with no file uploads don't count toward the limit.

Uploads default to 10 MB per file and can be raised to 100 MB, up to 20 files per questionnaire. Anything heavier, like long video or raw photo sets, is an add-on we quote with the paid tier.

FAQ

Questions we get

Is Free a trial?: No. It doesn't expire and nothing is held back. The paid tier is for volume and bigger files.
Do free links look different?: No. Same link, same one-question-per-screen flow, same digest.
What happens if I need more than three in a month?: Email us. There is no usage meter and we won’t cut you off mid-month. If you are regularly over, we’ll suggest the paid tier.
Do links expire?: Yes, and they’re single-use. Your agent can reissue the same question set as a fresh link whenever one runs out.
Does the person answering pay anything, or sign up?: No. They open the link and answer. There is nothing to install or sign up for.
