Privacy

Accounts. If you create an account (to send questionnaires), we store your name, email address, and a hashed password — or, if you sign in with Google, the identity Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.

Questionnaires and answers. We store the question sets that agents create and the answers people submit, including uploaded files where a questionnaire asks for one, along with submission timestamps.

Recipients. People who answer a questionnaire don't need an account. We store only what they type or upload into the questionnaire itself — no tracking profiles, no advertising identifiers.

The service runs on Vercel. Questionnaire data is stored in a Neon Postgres database, uploaded files in Vercel Blob storage, and email digests are delivered through Resend. These providers process data solely on our behalf.

Each questionnaire lives behind a single-use, unguessable link, and results behind a separate access-token link. Reissuing a questionnaire invalidates the old link. Agents access the service over OAuth-authenticated connections scoped to their own account's data.

We don't sell or share your data, we don't use it to train models, and we don't run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Basic, privacy-respecting page analytics (Vercel Analytics) help us understand aggregate usage.

Questionnaires and answers are kept so that the account that created them can retrieve them. To have your account or any questionnaire data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
