Photograph it, answer six questions, get a number.

For movers, detailers, roofers and repairers: anyone driving across town to look at something a photo would have shown them.

Ask for photos over text and you get two photos of the wrong thing and none of the answers: no date, no floors, no mention of the piano. The questions and the photos need to arrive together, or you are guessing at the quote.

One link asks for both. The customer opens it on their phone, answers one question at a time, photographs what you asked them to, and the whole job lands in your inbox as one email.

Your agent writes the question set once, in your words, and creates a fresh single-use link for each enquiry. Text it back to the customer who just rang.

There is nothing for them to install and no account to make. It works on their phone, which is also the camera. Photos default to 10 MB each and can go up to 100 MB. Longer video is a paid add-on.
